1. About NØ BEACH label
NØ BEACH label is a design-led accessories brand offering products including the TØTE.
Products may be offered as ready-to-ship items, made-to-order products or pre-orders.
Product availability and production status will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.
2. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and other information on our website are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Small variations in materials, texture or finish may occur as a natural result of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
3. Prices
All product prices are displayed on the website before you place your order.
The total price, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, will be shown before you place your order.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where required by law.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
The order confirmation confirms receipt of your order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
5. Pre-orders
Some products may be available through pre-order.
A pre-order requires payment at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated.
The relevant product page will provide an estimated production and shipping timeframe.
Because pre-order products are produced after the pre-order period, delivery may take longer than for products that are already in stock.

6. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your order will normally be processed after payment has been successfully authorised.
7. Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
For EU/EEA customers purchasing standard goods online, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period generally applies, subject to applicable exceptions.
Certain products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may fall within an applicable exception.

9. Defective or non-conforming products
If a product is defective or does not conform to your order, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

is owned by or licensed to NØ BEACH label / Nuaro Creative OÜ unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- use the website for fraudulent purposes;

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, supplier disruption, technical failures or other unforeseen events.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

If you have a complaint about an order or product, please contact us first:
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter directly with you.
Consumers resident in Estonia may, after first contacting us, submit an unresolved consumer dispute to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee, where the Committee has jurisdiction.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nuaro Creative OÜ and the transaction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to consumers in their country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in force when you place your order, unless a change is required by law.
