Pre-ørder Policy

At NØ BEACH label, we produce our bags in limited quantities and, from time to time, offer selected products through pre-order.

Pre-ordering allows us to produce according to demand rather than holding large amounts of finished stock.

Please read this policy before placing a pre-order.

1. What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not currently ready for immediate shipment.

When you place a pre-order, you reserve your product from an upcoming production run.

The relevant product page will clearly state that the product is available for PRE-ORDER and will provide an estimated production and shipping timeframe.

2. Payment

Full payment is required when you place your pre-order.

Your payment confirms your order and allows us to reserve materials and production capacity for your product.

3. Production

Production begins after the pre-order period closes.

Because our products are produced in limited production runs, each piece is prepared specifically as part of that production cycle.

We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped.

 

4. Estimated delivery

The estimated production and shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page before you place your order.

For example:

Pre-order closes: 21.09.2026

Estimated production: 8–10 weeks

Estimated shipping: December 2026

The stated timeframe is based on our expected production and shipping schedule. We will make reasonable efforts to meet it and will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if we expect the timeframe to change.

Occasionally, production or shipping may take longer because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material availability, manufacturing delays, customs or carrier delays.

If the stated timeframe cannot be met, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated delivery estimate. Where applicable, your statutory rights to cancel the contract and receive a refund remain unaffected.

 

5. Cancelling a pre-order

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the product has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at nobeachlabel@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before production or material preparation has started.

This does not limit any statutory consumer cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights that may apply under applicable law.

 

6. Returns and withdrawal rights

Pre-order status does not, by itself, remove statutory consumer rights.

For customers in the EU/EEA, the statutory right of withdrawal for an ordinary online purchase generally begins when the goods are received and lasts for 14 days. (European Union)

This right may not apply to products that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the applicable legal exception applies. Simply producing a standard NØ BEACH label product after receiving an order does not, by itself, make the product personalised or custom-made. (European Union)

7. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate solution. Where applicable, this may include cancellation of the order and a full refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Pre-order quantities

Pre-order products may be available in limited quantities.

Once the available production capacity has been reached, we may close the pre-order.

9. Combining pre-orders with other products

If you order a pre-order product together with a product that is already available, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order product is ready.

If separate shipping is available, the applicable shipping option and cost will be shown at checkout.

10. Important information before ordering

Before placing a pre-order, please make sure you understand that:

• payment is taken when the pre-order is placed;
• the product will be produced after the pre-order;
• you will need to wait for the stated production period;
• the delivery timeframe is an estimate;
• production or shipping may occasionally be delayed; and
• applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
